Terms of Service – Shamscollection

By placing an order with Shamscollection, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders:
All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

2. Payment:
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

3. Pricing:
All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Product Information:
We try to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings.

5. Limitation of Liability:
Shoepoint.1 is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or incorrect address provided by the customer.
