Return and Refund Policy – Shamscollection 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

Returns:
- You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, you can refuse the parcel at delivery if it arrives damaged.
- Sale items and custom products cannot be returned.

Refunds:
- If we send a wrong or damaged item, we will either replace it free of cost or refund the full amount.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

How to Request a Return:
Contact us on WhatsApp at 03089117726 or email shamikhzzz988@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return pickup process.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is free if the mistake is ours. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will cover the return shipping cost.
